K'Mere's Xtensions are 100% human hair and is a hygenic product. For the safety of our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or tampered with.

If you purchase the hair through our online website your products can be returned under the following conditions:

-Order is within 30 days from the purchase date.

-Item is in its original condition and can be resold.

-Items original package is unopened or tampered with.

-Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $20 restocking fee.

-Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, shipping fee is non-refundable.
